1. Data Controller
Fut Simulator (futsimulator.com) is the data controller for personal data of users registered in Competitive Mode.
2. Data We Collect
For anonymous users: we collect no personal data. For registered users (Competitive Mode): we collect your full name, username, email address and selected avatar, solely to manage your account and display your ranking position.
3. Purpose
Your data is used only to identify you in Competitive Mode, display you in the global ranking, and allow you to delete your account and all your data at any time.
4. Legal Basis
Data processing is based on your explicit consent given at registration. You can withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account in Settings.
5. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use strictly necessary technical cookies for site operation and display a consent banner on your first visit. For anonymous visit statistics we use Vercel Analytics (no personally identifiable data). To serve ads we use Google AdSense and advertising partners, which may place first-party and third-party cookies (including DoubleClick) and collect your IP address, device identifier, approximate location and browsing data to personalize and measure ads. If you decline optional cookies in the banner you will see non-personalized ads. You can manage your ad preferences at google.com/settings/ads, opt out of personalized advertising at youronlinechoices.eu (EU) or aboutads.info/choices (US), and review how Google's partners process data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data. Exercise these rights by deleting your account in the app or contacting us.
7. Security
Data is stored securely on Supabase with SSL/TLS encryption. We do not share or sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.
8. Minors
Fut Simulator is not intended for users under 13 years of age. Do not register in Competitive Mode if you are under 13.
