1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Fut Simulator (futsimulator.com) you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, you must stop using the site immediately.
2. Service description
Fut Simulator is a free entertainment tool that lets you simulate football tournaments and competitions. The generated results are fictional and have no predictive, sporting, commercial or betting value. We are not affiliated with UEFA, CONMEBOL, FIFA or any official sports organization.
3. Eligibility
You may use Fut Simulator if you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to register in Competitive Mode. By registering you declare that you meet these requirements.
4. User account
When registering in Competitive Mode you are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
5. Acceptable use
The following is strictly prohibited: using the site for illegal or fraudulent activities, attempting to hack, overload or interfere with site operation, creating fake or spam accounts, using unauthorized bots or automation, and posting offensive, discriminatory or illegal content in Competitive Mode.
6. Intellectual property
All Fut Simulator content — design, code, texts, brand, logos — is owned by Fut Simulator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction in whole or in part without express written permission is prohibited. Team, competition and sports organization names belong to their respective owners.
7. Limitation of liability
Fut Simulator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, inaccuracies in sports information, or direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site. Using the simulator for betting purposes is expressly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the user.
8. Advertising
Fut Simulator may display ads through Google AdSense and other ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of those ads. You can manage your advertising preferences at google.com/settings/ads.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Ecuador, without prejudice to consumer-protection rights that each user's local law may grant.
