About the Champions League 2025/26 simulator
The UEFA Champions League is the most prestigious club tournament in the world. Since 2024/25 it uses the new league-phase format: 36 teams in a single table, each playing eight matches against different opponents, with the top eight advancing straight to the round of 16 and places 9 to 24 contesting a knockout play-off.
With this simulator you can recreate the whole competition from the league phase to the final in Budapest. Fill in each two-legged tie, decide who goes through on penalties and find out which club would lift the trophy in a scenario that is entirely yours.
How to simulate the Champions League

It is the two-legged round between the clubs that finished 9th to 24th. The simulator pairs up the ties, adds the aggregate over both legs and lets you settle the draw on penalties to decide who reaches the round of 16.
How are the two-legged ties decided?
In the round of 16, quarter-finals and semi-finals the simulator totals the goals from both legs. When the aggregate is level there is no extra time: you choose the penalty-shootout winner directly.
Is the final also two-legged?
No. The 2025/26 Champions League final is a single match at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest, so you only enter one scoreline to crown the champions.
