About the Club World Cup simulator

FIFA's new Club World Cup brings together, for the first time, 32 of the best clubs from every confederation in a single global tournament. Its expanded format opens with a group stage of 8 groups of 4 teams and continues with a knockout phase of round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals and a single-match final that crowns the club world champion.

With this simulator you are the one who builds the whole bracket: you fill in the results of the eight groups, decide which two teams from each one advance to the round of 16 and settle every knockout round until you lift the trophy. Bring together giants like Real Madrid, Manchester City, PSG, Flamengo or Palmeiras and find out who would be champion in a scenario that is entirely yours.

How to simulate the Club World Cup

  1. 1Fill in the group stage: enter the match results in each of the 8 groups of 4 teams and watch the standings take shape.
  2. 2Set the qualifiers: mark the top two of each group, which are the ones that advance to the round of 16.
  3. 3Work through the single-match knockouts: settle the round of 16, quarter-finals and semi-finals by deciding the winner of each tie in one game.
  4. 4Play the single-match final and crown the new Club World Cup champion.

Frequently asked questions

How many clubs take part and what is the format?

The tournament is played by 32 clubs. First there is a group stage with 8 groups of 4 teams, then a knockout phase of round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals and final; you complete each stage in the simulator as you go.

How do teams qualify from the group stage?

The top two teams in each of the 8 groups advance to the round of 16, making 16 qualifiers in total. In the simulator you fill in each group's results and choose who moves on to the knockout phase.

Are the knockouts one or two legs?

Every knockout round —round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals and final— is a single match. In the simulator you set the winner of each tie directly with a single scoreline, with no two-legged ties.

Which clubs take part in the Club World Cup?

It brings together the best clubs from every confederation, with names like Real Madrid, Manchester City, PSG, Flamengo or Palmeiras among the participants. The simulator lets you match them up however you like across the bracket.

Is it free and do I need to create an account?

It is completely free and needs no sign-up: you can simulate the entire Club World Cup, from the group stage to the final, without creating any account. Just remember the ties and results are your own scenarios, not official predictions.
